Study on the influence of competence and personality on organizational citizenship behavior has been widely conducted and shows different results, so it is necessary to conduct a more comprehensive review. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the influence of Competence and Personality on organizational commitment and to analyze and describe the influence of competence, personality and on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational commitment.
