And to find out what obstacles are experienced by early childhood in memorizing the hadith of the Prophet in everyday life. This study uses nonverbal communication methods by conducting training practices. The results of this study explain that nonverbal communication methods can help early childhood in interpreting the hadith of the Prophet in everyday life. This can be proven through training in interpreting the hadith of the Prophet, SA W by using the Nonverbal communication method followed by early childhood at MDTA Riyadhoturrahmah, they are very active in following the nonverbal communication movement. Of the 23 children, it turns out that there are 16 children who can memorize 3 hadiths by following the movements for 1 week of time given so that it is seen that through nonverbal communication movements they can memorize the hadiths of the Prophet. The obstacle is that children easily get bored of memorizing so they have to be more patient and repeat in practice so that early childhood children at MDTA Riyadhoturrohmah can understand well so they can follow movements through nonverbal communication. 2022-02-26T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2022 https://publikasi-adpiindonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/13 Comparing Antibody Titers after Vaccination in Dogs Using Elisa Reader with Image Processing Techniques 2022-02-26T10:02:39+07:00 KOEKOEH SANTOSO koekoehsa@apps.ipb.ac.id ULFATIN KHOIRIYAH HEROWATI koekoehsa@apps.ipb.ac.id DENNY WIDYA LUKMAN koekoehsa@apps.ipb.ac.id SRI MURTINI koekoehsa@apps.ipb.ac.id DORDIA ANINDITA ROTINSULU koekoehsa@apps.ipb.ac.id RONALD TARIGAN koekoehsa@apps.ipb.ac.id Rabies is a zoonotic diseases that is caused by a virus of the genus Lyssa virus that attacks the central nervous system (CNS) and is transmitted through the bite of Rabies Transmitting Animals, especially dogs. Rabies can be prevented but is always fatal in humans if it infects the Central Nervous System (CNS). Vaccination has been used as one of the rabies prevention programs. A total of 83 samples were tested using Indirect ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) to identify antibody titers after rabies vaccination. Antibody titer correlated with absorbance value and concentration of standard solution. The absorbance value was read by ELISA reader and desktop scanner. The absorbance values were read at 450 nm and 620 nm as a reference using an ELISA reader and images from a desktop scanner were processed using the ImageJ application. The purpose of this study was to compare the obtained results using an ELISA reader as the gold standard and scanner images processed using ImageJ including sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy. There is no significant difference between the ELISA reader as the gold standard and alternative test equipment. The desktop scanner has a sensitivity of 97%, a specificity of 88.8% and an accuracy of 96%. The absorbance measurement method using an ELISA reader is expensive and difficult relatively to carry out in a laboratory with minimum financial support so that the image from desktop scanner processed using the ImageJ application is expected to be an alternative choice for an ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). 2022-02-26T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2022 https://publikasi-adpiindonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/14 The Existence of Independent Commissioners and Board Remunerations in Achieving Firm Value 2022-02-26T10:08:33+07:00 Salis Musta Ani salisaeffendy@gmail.com Anis Chariri salisaeffendy@gmail.com Imam Ghozali salisaeffendy@gmail.com This study aims to examine the effect of governance mechanisms, especially the existence of independent commissioners and board remuneration, on firm value. This concept has an impact not only on Japan but also for all countries in the world. Every country is required to be able to adapt technology, including Indonesia. Technology that is growing will even affect the development of each generation. This is proven by the discovery of the baby boomers to the alpha generation as a result of the development of technology and information. Therefore, every parent and even educator must have the skills to be able to educate generation Z and alpha who are currently very exposed to technology. This is even exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic which is currently still spreading in Indonesia. The government has started to encourage Distance Learning to break the chain of virus spread. Teachers and parents are required to be able to collaborate in educating children. In fact, teachers must be able to present interesting learning models so that they are not boring for students. Therefore, various kinds of skills are needed so that teachers are able to adapt to these conditions. And of course, those who need this the most are teachers in marginal areas of Indonesia who have many limitations. The general objective of this research is to compile basic data and develop a Literacy and Technology-based Elementary School Teacher Development model in Indonesia's Marginal Region, which is named TELEPATI (TEacher LEadership Program Towards Excellent Indonesia). TELAPATI is an integrated program to improve the quality of Indonesian teachers by optimizing their leadership abilities as themselves, teachers and educators. This model is dedicated to helping improve the quality of teachers who are able to educate the Indonesian generation in today's digital era. This model integrates coaching and mentoring using the 24h-Self Controlling system.</p> 2022-03-22T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2022 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (ICORAD) https://publikasi-adpiindonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/28 Nazhir's Development of Fundraising and Business Incubators Through the Development of Wakaf Villages Assisted 2022-04-23T06:42:53+07:00 Lila Pangestu Hadiningrum lilahadiningrum@gmail.com Ning Karnawijaya nanisaone@gmail.com Siti Rokhaniyah siti.rokhaniyah.02@gmail.com <p>Waqfs have a peculiarity of institutions and activities compared to other Islamic philanthropic instruments.
