This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internship experience and communication skills on the work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wahid Hasyim University, Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wahid Hasyim University, Semarang. The population of this study was 212 undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The number of samples taken was 68 students using the probability sampling method. The data analysis technique used to test the research hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that internship experience and communication skills have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wahid Hasyim University, Semarang. This study concludes that the importance of internship programs and the development of communication skills in preparing students to face the world of work.
