Peningkatan Kapasitas Kelembagaan Berbasis E-Government, Smart Governance dan Kebijakan Keberlanjutan untuk Pengembangan Digital Tourism di Coral Triangle Wakatobi

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan dan tata kelola pariwisata berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi informasi melalui pendekatan Smart Governance dan Digital Tourism di kawasan Segitiga Terumbu Karang Taman Nasional Wakatobi. Permasalahan utama mencakup lemahnya integrasi antar pemangku kepentingan, rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran pariwisata, serta belum optimalnya kebijakan berbasis data untuk mendukung keberlanjutan ekosistem terumbu karang. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan teknologi informasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), serta pendampingan implementasi platform digital untuk promosi dan tata kelola pariwisata. Pendekatan ini mengadaptasi kerangka Institutional Analysis and Development (IAD) untuk memperkuat kolaborasi kelembagaan, transparansi, dan efektivitas kebijakan berbasis data. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan literasi digital dan kapasitas kelembagaan aktor lokal, penguatan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan, serta peningkatan efektivitas pemasaran destinasi berbasis digital. Implementasi digital tourism meningkatkan visibilitas destinasi dan kesadaran kolektif dalam menjaga keberlanjutan ekosistem terumbu karang. Program ini juga mendorong transformasi kebijakan pariwisata berbasis teknologi informasi yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan, serta memperkuat pengembangan ekosistem smart tourism di Taman Nasional Wakatobi.
