Deteksi Dini dan Edukasi Pengetahuan Flatfoot pada Anak di MI Al Huda Ngargorejo Kabupaten Boyolali

Kaki datar merupakan kondisi yang ditandai dengan hilangnya lengkungan memanjang medial pada telapak kaki, sehingga seluruh permukaan kaki menyentuh tanah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi secara dini kasus kaki datar serta memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada anak-anak usia sekolah. Program ini dilaksanakan di MI Al Huda Ngargorejo, Boyolali, dengan melibatkan 30 siswa dan 10 guru. Pemeriksaan dilakukan menggunakan Wet Footprint Test, sedangkan kegiatan edukasi mencakup presentasi interaktif, permainan, dan pembagian buku saku. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 23,3% siswa mengalami kaki datar fleksibel tingkat ringan hingga sedang. Nilai pengetahuan siswa meningkat dari 56,7 menjadi 82,3 setelah mengikuti kegiatan edukasi. Para guru juga memperoleh keterampilan dalam mengenali tanda-tanda awal kondisi tersebut. Program ini menunjukkan efektivitas kegiatan deteksi dini dan pendidikan kesehatan berbasis sekolah dalam meningkatkan kesadaran serta mencegah masalah muskuloskeletal jangka panjang
