The Indonesian Talent Development Center, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology held a National Student Art Competition Festival for students with special needs at the SDLB/SMPLB/SMALB/Equivalent levels. The competition was carried out in stages starting from the provincial level competition. One of the competition categories is digital comic strip creation. The competition aims to select the best work to be competed at the national level. The judging was carried out by lecturers from the Multi Media College with participants from special needs students, namely deaf, physically disabled and autistic on July 3, 2024 at the Yogyakarta Special Region Education and Sports Office. The methods used were process observation and work evaluation. The results of the competition included four digital comic strips with the theme of local wisdom in Yogyakarta.
