Rowosari Village, Gubug Subdistrict, is one of the areas vulnerable to the risk of floods due to the lack of awareness among the community in managing waste and utilizing environmentally friendly technologies such as biopores. This research aims to increase community participation in flood mitigation by utilizing organic waste as a medium for biopore infiltration. Through a community service approach, socialization, training, and assistance are provided in making biopores using organic waste. The Community Service Team of PGRI University Semarang collaborates with the residents of Rowosari Village to implement this technology. The research results show an improvement in the community's understanding of the importance of organic waste management and the benefits of biopores. Additionally, this technology can also provide economic benefits through biopore harvests as a potential business idea for the local community.
