The establishment of a Tourism Village is one of the priority development programs in Lumajang Regency, intended so that each village is able to independently explore the potential of the region and manage it wisely, so that it has economic value while at the same time increasing PAD. The Tourism Village is managed by Pokdarwis, including Pokdarwis Belt Semeru as the manager of the Sumber Mujur Tourism Village, with the legality of Village Head Decree No. 141/27/427.903/2014 and Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-0017661.AH.01.07 of 2017. The method used is a legal approach (yuridis approach), namely prioritizing Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and Lumajang District Regulation Number 79 of 2014 concerning One Tourism Destination One District One Tourism Village, as well as the approach sociological (sociological approach), by gathering information from the Village and Pokdarwis, so that the data is primary and secondary. The results of this service include: a) Known the profile of Pokdarwis Belt Semeru, b) Explained the whereabouts of the Bamboo Forest Tourism Object before and after being affected by the eruption of Mount Semeru, and c) Known Pokdarwis' attitude towards business actors around unlicensed tourism objects through legal counseling cooperate with public servants. Thus the performance of the Pokdarwis which previously received support from the Village Government and BUMDes, now that it has been synergized with various parties, it is hoped that the results will be in line with the medium-term development plan of Lumajang Regency, taking into account the Regional Government's policies relating to current conditions.
