Abstract

Umrah generally means to make a pilgrimage or visit a certain place. While also shari'i means visiting Baitullah in Mecca Al Mukarramah to do thawaf, sa'i, then tahallul. From the understanding of Hajj and Umrah above, it can be interpreted that Hajj and Umrah are both visiting Jerusalem, and the obligation to perform Hajj is only required once in a lifetime. So, if a person has performed Hajj once, then his obligation is completed and if that person returns to perform Hajj then the second Hajj and so on is only Sunnah. Hajj as one of the pillars of Islam that obliges us to fulfill it if we are able, is a manifestation of Muslim obedience to their God, namely Allah Almighty. As well as the form of humanity with fellow humans. The wisdom of Hajj and Umrah is to fulfill Allah's call to be a guest in the Holy Land of Mecca, to be one of the best practices for Muslims, to wash away sins, to keep away and even eliminate thought, to strengthen faith and to foster a sense of solidarity and help towards fellow humans in terms of helping each other when difficulties may occur during Hajj. The luggage of pilgrims or passengers needs to be socialized as a form of ignorance and information regulated in existing regulations. So that it can be known by Umrah pilgrims as passengers.
